Is there an Emergency request line?

WebCare® hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (MST). You can mark a request as urgent and that request will be moved to the top of the queue on the day it is received – to be completed within WebCare® operational hours.

I want to add more update hours to my plan

Talk to your WebCare® concierge, they will be happy to assist you.

How do I cancel WebCare®?

WebCare® is billed monthly. You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle begins, by emailing support@jollycreativeagency.com

If you are moving your site to another host, please be sure to schedule this to be completed by or before the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I submit requests?
When you sign up for your WebCare®, you will receive a welcome email with specific, easy-to-follow instructions.

Be sure to check your spam email, if you have not received your welcome email.

Please contact us if you need assistance.

I sent a WebCare® request, with no response

First, please check your spam folder for the “Welcome to WebCare®” email. Make sure to whitelist (or add to contacts) the email address that was given to you in your Welcome to WebCare® email, otherwise any responses from WebCare® might be going to your spam folder.

I haven't gotten a Google Analytics report

These custom reports are not automatically generated upon signing up for WebCare®. You will need to email your WebCare® concierge and make this request and they will be happy to assist you.
